As the 55th Anniversary celebrations continue,Secretary General Pelonomi Bantsi has urged the supporters to fill up the National Stadium in Large numbers when the Gaborone United host AS Vita from Democratic Republic of Congo in the Premliminary Round of CAF Champions League on Sunday 11th September 2022.Kick off is at 1800hrs.
“The club comes a long way and we have to celebrate this milestone in style when we host AS Vita. We have full confidence that the boys would give their best on the day therefore we would like to call on the supporters to come in large numbers. We have not played continental football for the past eight years and we have to celebrate our return in style,” said Bantsi.
The Secretary General added that they will make announcements soon on the ticket prices and selling points for the clash against DRC giants.
